On June 24, an African railway professionals’ delegation set off from Lhasa on train Y840 to Xining, beginning a journey on the Qinghai-Xizang Railway. As the train departed, river valleys gradually gave way to snow-capped mountains and vast grasslands, with delegates raising their phones to capture the highland scenery.

During the journey, train staff introduced the landscapes along the route and the operational systems of high-altitude trains. Delegates listened closely, occasionally asking questions and engaging in discussion.

On June 25, the delegation arrived in Qinghai, beginning a two-day visit to Xining.
